    Return Policy

    All return claims are reviewed and approved within 30 days of purchase date. To initiate a return, contact our support team via email or phone to receive an RMA number.

    We reserve the right to impose a 25% restocking fee on non-damaged and non-defective items and retain the right to deny any return claim.

    Important: Items returned without an approved RMA number will not be accepted and may be returned to sender at their expense.

    If approved, we'll issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

    Include the RMA number with your shipment. Items must be in original condition unless damaged or defective.

    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
